
It is said that for all Android smartphone owners, one of the first few apps that you would need to install on your handset right from the get go would be a Task Killer of sorts – good thing those are free over from the Android Market. The reason for doing so. Apps continue to run in the background even when you are no longer using them, so to have them running would translate to them consuming more battery power on your handset. Well, that is what the theory is all about anyways.
Not only that, it is the only way to make sure you free up additional resource on your handset whenever there are too many programs running around.
