
Facebook covertly improved the user profile photo segment by allowing it to be larger on Timeline, and some folks look at this move as a knee-jerk response by Facebook as Google updated their own social network, Google+, to sport larger photos in one's profile just a few days earlier. Prior to Facebook's silent update, a photo measured 130 x 125 pixels, and will overlay the user's Timeline Cover image. This image is actually a Mini Me of one's s profile image, and will be displayed in all its glory upon clicking it. Well, the improvement will see the pixel count rise to 166 x 160.
