
Once again, we're inching closer to the end of the year and YouTube has decided to reflect on its news-sharing ability in 2012. In a blog post, YouTube shared some of its more popular topics this year, one of which took place just under a month ago in the Northeast, Superstorm Sandy. In total, 39,000 videos covering the storm were uploaded onto YouTube with The Weather Channel broadcasting 70+ hours of continuous coverage from areas ravaged by the storm, reaching 13 million views.
