Acer's first phablet – the Liquid S1 – was officially announced in early June. While it's not available anywhere in the word yet, it will be soon. In the UK, Expansys expects to start selling the Liquid S1 on August 5. The retailer only lists the dual SIM version of the device, naturally called Acer Liquid S1 Duo. It's asking £299.99 (€347, or $460) for it.
August is also the month when the Liquid S1 will be released in Acer's home country, Taiwan.
