Ranging from the (not actually that small) HTC One Mini to the larger than life Samsung Galaxy Mega, there should be something for just about everyone. First up is the HTC One Mini, which will go for $99 with a new contract. It's mid-range specs match its mid-range size with a 4.3-inch 720p display, dual-core Snapdragon 400 CPU, and 1GB RAM.
