Waterproof Kyocera Hydro Elite launching this Thursday on Verizon for $100

Kyocera and Verizon have just announced that a new waterproof smartphone would be launching on the carrier this Thursday, August 29th. It's the Kyocera Hydro Elite, a 4G LTE smartphone that will cost you about $100 to own. For that, you'll be entitled to a device that has a 4.3-inch HD display, an 8 megapixel rear camera, a 1.3 megapixel front camera, NFC, wireless charging, and more. It can be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes, as well, so a rainy day shouldn't be any problem for this guy to endure.
