Samsung did mention in the past that they will continue to go ahead with their Galaxy S3 launch in the US despite Apple filing a sales injunction against it, and with Samsung sticking to their guns, it seems that the planets are all aligned in favor of the South Korean conglomerate. According to U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh in San Jose, California, she claimed that Apple's intention to obtain a court order that will prevent the Galaxy S3′s June 21 launch from happening would overload her calendar. This is not the first, but the second time that Apple's legal recourse has resulted in a negative result.
