PSA Peugeot-Citroën has been struggling to offer low finance rates to customers since its banking arm, Banque PSA Finance, had its credit score downgraded, which in turn has made it hard for the French carmaker to compete with brands that offer lower finance rates, such as Volkswagen. The French government recognized the catch-22 and, after negotiations with PSA and European Union approval, has guaranteed the banking arm seven billion euro in bonds to secure its debt and lower borrowing costs, Automotive News reports. iTunes 11.1 Beta With iTunes Radio Released For Developers

When Apple releases iOS 7 to the public later this year, presumably in fall, a new version of iTunes will also be released. Up till now Apple has seeded four betas of iOS 7 to registered developers. The company is expected to seed two more before finally releasing the GM build prior to the public release. Today alongside iOS 7 beta 4, Apple also seeded iTunes 11.1 beta. This beta version of iTunes comes with Apple's Pandora-killer service called iTunes Radio, a service that is fully integrated in iOS 7 as well.

Right now only registered developers have access to this software as well as the iTunes Radio service.

Samsung is expected to unveil quite a few devices in this quarter. First and foremost the company is due to launch its Galaxy Note 3 phablet, which many expect will be formally unveiled this September. LG G2 Teaser Video Released

Earlier we had reported that LG had begun sending out invites to its event on the 7th of August in which the South Korean company is expected to debut its LG G2 smartphone. The specs and features of the device remain somewhat of a mystery, although the invite did more or less confirm that a fingerprint scanner would be part of the device, and rumored specs include a 5.2" Full HD display, a 13MP camera with optical image stabilization, and 3GB of RAM accompanying it with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800 chipset running the show.

Akerson says Cadillac will get a larger sedan within two years

It seems that during a recent affair showing off the 2014 Cadillac CTS, General Motors CEO Dan Akerson confirmed reports regarding a new Cadillac flagship sedan. According to USA Today, which Akerson was visiting, he said that a sedan larger than the XTS would debut within the next two years. This matches up with what we heard earlier in the month about a Cadillac model that will go up against the BMW 7 Series and Mercedes-Benz S-Class (not a pricier, low-volume sedan also discussed in that article).
